Frank C. Cracchiolo focuses his law practice on transactions and litigation involving business and real estate, as well as employment issues.  

​With a deep background in negotiating and preparing contracts and leases, he is intent on precise drafting which achieves a client’s goals and solves problems rather than causing them.  

​Frank is also an experienced civil litigator. When a lawsuit cannot be avoided, he is an aggressive advocate who drives results and works closely with his clients throughout the litigation process.

​A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of San Diego School of Law, Frank is an Orange County native and is an active member in the local community.
